My first Lotus was an Elise, although I did not buy it from your store, the way I was treat by Pat when I brought the vehicle in for some warranty issues was instrumental in my decision on where to buy my next Lotus. Although the Lotus dealer in Orlando is closer to where I live, when I made the decision to Purchase an Evora I knew where I wanted to buy that car, World Imports. Superior Customer Service
This month was the first time in 12 years that I thought my BMW was going to leave me sitting along the road. I was able to make it to your service center, in a panic, right as they were closing and I must say that Pat was outstanding as usual with his customer service. He quickly got Alek to check out my car, figured out the issue and replaced the part in less than 1/2 hr. I was absolutely amazed at the professionalism and superior customer service delivered by both of these gentlemen! Pat's superior customer service is what has won me over as a World Import customer for as long as he works for you!! Alek is also a very talented technician and I hope to be able to count on them for many years to come. I hope they know how much they are valued!!
