What Sets the Land Rover Series II Apart?
The Series II features many improvements over the previous generation. The Series II and Series IIA, while very similar, do feature some minor cosmetic differences - like repositioned headlights and shallower sill panels. Thankfully, both preserve the iconic boxy design made famous by the Series I.

Series II production ran from 1958 until 1961, and Series IIA production ran from 1961 until 1971.
