Performance & Capability
To power you on your track day near San Marco, the Lotus Emira GT4 is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 that delivers 400 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque. Mated to the engine is a six-speed xTrac transmission with paddle shifters. This engine and transmission help deliver astounding performance and take you from zero to 60 miles per hour in 4.3 seconds.
To keep the new Emira GT4 race car under control, race-ready brakes come installed on the car. In addition, two-way dampers help improve dynamic handling to go along with motorsport-based ABS systems that can be adjusted on the fly. Further, the Emira GT4 offers a forged aluminum double-wishbone suspension for added stability and lightweight aluminum wheels.
Design
Ponte Vedra Beach drivers can take in the breathtaking design of the Lotus Emira GT4. Hand-built from the ground up in partnership with the RML racing team, the Emira GT4 features a composite body that makes the race car light while maintaining its rigidity. Further, its composite body offers functional aerodynamics taken from the Lotus Emira Road car.
Additionally, the exterior features a designed aero kit to achieve maximum downforce during a track or a race meeting. On that note, the overall design and construction of the Emira GT4 is a homologated race in series worldwide. This includes the Pirelli World Challenge and the international GT4 series competition.
Interior
Inside the Lotus Emira, Jacksonville drivers are at one with the car, thanks to a bare interior with a six-point roll cage and a six-point racing seat made from composite materials. In the cockpit, a racing steering wheel greets you that comes complete with all the dials and knobs to adjust the car and chat with your crew during a race meeting or hot lap.
Technology & Safety
Concerning technology. The Lotus Emira GT4 features A Motec ECU dash that features the gear indicator and performance data collection software, so you can review your lap times after spending time on track.
With safety, the Lotus Emira GT4 offers the safety tools to keep you safe in the event composite race seat is FIA approved with HANS Device compatibility to protect your head and neck. Further, the Emira GT4 comes with a fire extinguisher that activates in the event of a fire and an electronic cut-off to prevent fuel leaks after an accident.
